Wotton House Wedding Photography Preview – Corinne & Richard
Yesterday I shot Corinne and Richard’s wedding at Wotton House in Dorking, and what an amazing day it was.
I’ve known Corinne for years through my association with Miss Bush. She’s worked there since her teens, knows weddings inside out, and gets to meet brides on a daily basis, so you’ll understand why I was so chuffed when she asked me to document her big day. I love my job, and I love being able to capture special memories for my couples, but this was extra special for me. Corinne is a very lovely human being (Rich ain’t bad either 🙂 ), and she’s always helping other ladies to have the day of their dreams, now it was her turn.
Also along for the ride, were the Miss Bush ‘A Team’; MD Emma, Carolanne on makeup, Sharon on hair, Gayle on flowers, Ashleigh on video, and Lauren on planning. A fabled wedding industry sisterhood all there with love and care, bringing our individual skills together to ensure Corinne and Rich had the day of their dreams. It was a relaxed and fun day. We all know each other well, and we work together well, and the results speak for themselves. Corinne looked beautiful, elegant, and so serene. She’s probably the least flappable person I know, but it’s also testament to the importance of surrounding yourself with suppliers you know and trust. Tell them how you want things to be, show them your ideas, and then trust that they will bring your vision to fruition.
