A Relaxed And Informal Summer Wedding At Pennyhill Park
Yesterday I had the loveliest time documenting Louise and Graham’s wedding at Pennyhill Park hotel.
I met the couple a few months ago at the hotel’s wedding open day, and we hit it off immediately. I loved the sound of the relaxed and informal day they had planned. A small intimate wedding, some outdoor games, a lovely meal, wedding cake and fizz, and generally a leisurely chilled out afternoon.
The photography side of things was very important to Louise and Graham, but the whole relaxed vibe of the day really suited my unobtrusive approach to shooting weddings. One of the highlights of the day was taking the couple off for a short while to capture some gorgeous portraits. We went down onto the hotel’s golf course as the sun was setting, and were joined not just by a fox, but also a deer. However you’ll have to take my word for it as they scarpered when they saw the camera! Boo!
All in all this was a wonderful day to capture, and I think Graham and Louise got just the day they planned. I’d also like to thank not just them, but also their friends and family for their warm and welcoming company.
Louise and Graham, I am so glad we met, you were an absolute delight to work with. Have an utterly amazing time in Iceland. Enjoy this preview, and I wish you heaps of love and joy in your future life together.. x
