Dan and Nanette married on an intensely sunny day in late September, and I have to say I just couldn’t have imagined this wedding without the sun!
I began the day at the bride’s family home to capture final preparations before travelling on to St Michaels And All Angels church in Sandhurst. It was a relaxed and light hearted ceremony and from my point of view the great light and roomy feel to the church made for some lovely images.
Following the ceremony Dan and Nanette sped away in Dan’s family vintage MG Midget to a secret woodland location for some intimate couples portraits. I say secret and intimate, but of course I was there along with rather a lot of dog walkers! Not something they are used to seeing on their walk. Then we made our way to the Cantley House Hotel in Wokingham to join the guests for the wedding reception. Drinks and canapés were served on the lawn before guests made their way to the for the wedding breakfast in Briar, a 17th Century banqueting suite.
Dan and Nanette, it was such a lovely wedding to be a small part of. I wish you a wonderful life together. J x
