Wedding Photography Throughout The Year
If you’ve found this page because you are planning your wedding and considering Froyle Park for your wedding, then I hope you will enjoy looking at some real wedding photos from the venue, and hopefully consider me to photograph your special day.
Froyle Park is one of my favourite venues for wedding photography at any time of year, and is situated in the village of Upper Froyle in beautiful Hampshire countryside. It’s a stand alone venue which means you can get ready, get married, and hold your reception all in the one place.
The venue is a stunning 16th Century Jacobean manor house surrounded by beautiful fields. Of course these days the house is fully refurbished to a really high standard, providing light and airy spaces for a wedding, as well as retaining some original features such as the wood panelled Great Hall. The venue is an exclusive use property, so you won’t have to share your day with anyone else’!
An ‘All In One Place’ Venue
Froyle Park has lovely suites for bride and grooms and their parties to get ready. You can watch in privacy from your room through the windows as guests arrive, and of course it’s then a short walk to your civil wedding ceremony either in the house, or the beautiful gardens beneath The Dome (see the first image below – it’s stunning). The venue has also recently completed a new suite for bridal preparation with added mirrors and seating so that everyone has somewhere to get ready. It’s also light and airy – something really important when wanting to achieve beautiful luminous bridal preparation portraits.
I particularly love the setting of the venue, with a backdrop of rolling countryside, especially in Spring when the fields are full of new lambs. Even on inclement and cooler days, the indoor space is bright and spacious, something I find particularly helpful for natural light photography. This is what makes the venue suitable for weddings at any time of year. Even when it’s raining, there’s no shortage of beautiful light backdrops for your bride and groom portraits.
Froyle Park can accommodate up to 300 guests, and yet the Grand Ball room is big enough not to feel your guests are tightly packed together (like some venues) for your wedding breakfast and celebrations.

It’s really spacious, but also provides zoned areas for guests to explore and mingle.
