A Fabulous Fun & Stylish Great Fosters Wedding
Yesterday I had an absolute blast capturing Charlotte and Marc’s fabulous Great Fosters wedding.
I always love shooting weddings in the rather splendid setting of this historic venue, and when the sun comes out, it really is something special. I joined Charlotte in the Tapestry room together with her mum, bridesmaids, and makeup and hair stylist Emma Hughes. The ladies were looking so gorgeous, and I was blown away by Charlotte’s white feathered Pronovias gown and Sophia Webster angel winged heels.
I popped down to see Marc and the groom’s party for some relaxed portraits, and later rejoined Charlotte for her final preparations.
The couple married in an emotional ceremony in the Orangery, before sipping Champagne and eating canapes on the terrace. The Tithe barn was looking magical with the couple’s choice of white flowers and gun metal accessories, light up letters, and a fabulous silver and white multi tiered cake.
Speeches were hilarious. It’s a favourite part of the day for me; so many fantastic reactions and personalities to capture. I also managed to steal the couple away for some wonderful ‘golden hour’ shots before joining their guests back in the Orangery for their first dance to brilliant live music.
Such a great day, and I can honestly say I was surprised when I looked at my watch and saw it was time to clock off. It went in a flash.
Charlotte and Marc, it really was a pleasure. Here is your preview. Have a wonderful honeymoon! J x
