A Sunny Spring Wedding At Wotton House
Alex and Becca’s wedding at Wotton House was a delight to capture, and for me as a photographer, full of lots of little inner ‘squeal’ moments (other photographers will know exactly what I’m talking about).
Firstly, the sun. Yes, the sun!! After the wettest Winter on record, the sun came out and dare I say it at times it felt positively balmy. Then the location. Alex and Becca found an absolute gem with Wotton House. What a fabulous setting as I’m sure you’ll agree! However, most importantly, Alex and Becca themselves.
Even if the weather had been totally pants and the venue less than desirable, the day would still have been just as special because of these two. You see when everything else is peeled back, all that matters is a couple declaring and celebrating their love. That’s it, and on my barometer of how much I enjoyed shooting a wedding, it’s not the material that scores highly, it’s the obvious happiness and delight of the couple. Alex and Becca scored 10/10. 🙂
Many thanks to my lovely Abi and Ian for recommending me to Alex and Becca. J x
